“ Locals who wanted an evening meal out, glad we came. Had an amazing dinner at Bay Spice last night, easily one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in a long time. I went for the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi and Butter Chicken, and both dishes were absolutely spot on. The Jalfrezi had a great kick without overpowering the flavour, and the Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and full of depth. You could tell everything was freshly cooked with quality ingredients. The service was friendly and efficient, and the whole place had a warm & welcoming vibe. Bay Spice is definitely going on my list of go-to spots! ”
“ Tried some authentic Indian cuisine in Hastings and went to Bay Spice for some fine dining experience. The food were amazingly delicious and food portions just fine. There were set choices menu options which I highly recommend for value-conscious ideas. The table service is great with very helpful waiters to give delectable advise food choices as I was not familiar with Indian cuisines. Tips options can be seen when you pay your bill which i exercised as everything was great dining experience. The location is splendid as its along the seafront. There are pay carparks nearby which can be challenging to find carpark spaces. There are steps leading to the restaurant which has no disable whelchair accessibility. Highly recommended. ”
“ I visited with my wife today, early evening, as with any new Indian I go to my default order of chicken Dansak with pilau rice and the wife had a vegetable Biryani. Honestly I was blown away, this has to be the best Dansak I've had in many years, the tastes were fresh and vibrant without too much but just enough heat, even the raw red onion and crispy fried onion bits added to the flavour.The vegetable Biryani was well cooked and flavoured, the veggies were cooked to perfection. It's a shame it's so far from home but if I ever find myself in Hastings again I know where I'll be eating. ”

The food was absolutely delicious, I opted for the lamb curry, which was incredibly succulent and flavorful, perfectly cooked to melt in your mouth. A memorable way to ring in the new year! ”

A cheerful vibrant atmosphere too.
